$70,000 RAISED! BECAUSE LP CARES!
THE
BIGGEST, THE BEST, THE MOST EVER!
The
19th Annual Downing & Downing Charity Golf Outing was
the biggest and the best ever. And raised over $70,000 for
the Southern and Central Texas Chapter of The Make A Wish
Foundation!
With
more Co-Sponsors, more retailers, more LP executives, and
more prizes than ever before we reached a milestone that none
of us thought we’d ever reach.
The
La Cantera Staff and course were fantastic and the weather
held until we all were safely in the pavilion! With over 150
golfers this event has become the biggest industry specific
charity golf outing in the entire retail community! And next
year is already shaping up to be even bigger and better yet!
Before leaving the NRF LP show in San Antonio that week we
had more vendors lining up to jump in and help out. And folks
that truly shows that LP CARES!
With
Mike Regan of Home Depot winning a trip to London for he and
his wife, Dennis Moss winning a cruise for two, Bob Sorrenson
winning a very special anniversary weekend surprise, Jack
Trilica winning the 50/50 raffle of over $1,500, and so many
others taking home prizes how can anyone say I can’t
make it next year!
But
folks the thanks belongs to all of you who jumped in and helped!
