EXCLUSIVE
CONTINGENCY SEARCH:
This arrangement means that we are the only
external search firm used to fill your openings. It augments your internal
recruiting efforts and ensures that our Validation Process is applied
to any externally-produced candidates. This is the second-least expensive
arrangement and has an extended guarantee.
NON-EXCLUSIVE
CONTINGENCY SEARCH:
This arrangement means that we are a
resource used to produce external candidates. It is the most expensive
arrangement with the shortest guarantee and requires the most amount
of work on your part. It takes what should be a finely-tuned navigational
process and makes it a speed-driven shotgun approach.
INTERNET
SELECTION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (TQS): With the onslaught of
